Booking Information:

We try not to limit our concerts by imposing genre restrictions, so we do accept a wide variety of submissions! However, keep in mind that we do have an audience to please, so even if your group meets all the following requirements we may decide not to book you. It’s nothing personal! We simply want to ensure that your music is appreciated, and if we feel our audience just won’t “get it” we may decide to save you the time and effort of performing for them. That being said, here are the rules for all artists and groups performing at Concerts @ Spring Cypress:

✖ No crass language allowed … not even during really fast or hard to understand song lyrics.

✖ No questionable subject matter. Remember, there will be kids and grandparents in the audience. Keep it PG and professional.

✖ We understand many musicians support various causes – and that’s great! – but try to avoid touting anything potentially controversial or political.

✖ In general, we do not book rap, reggae, punk, or metal performers; however you are welcome to submit! Just be aware that said genres are usually off our radar.

♥ We have a Sound Engineer and PA on site that is equipped to handle anything from Joan Baez (simple & acoustic) to Muse (complex and loud)! If you would like to bring your own Sound Engineer, we ask that you also provide your own PA.

♥ Our sanctuary seats 350 people. We will NEVER turn you down just because you don’t have a humongous fan following. However, we may book you to open for a more well-known act, or put you in a line up with 2 or 3 other performers to guarantee that you get the crowd you deserve.

♥ Our stage is huge! It can easily fit an ensemble of 20 people or a 5 piece band. And before you ask … YES! We have a beautiful K. KAWAI Grand Piano.
